How do I request a quote?
Visit our Quote Request page and fill out the form.  We will get back to you as soon as possible.

I manage a national chain home improvement store.  Can I buy tapes from you with custom labels?
Absolutely.  We can produce a label to meet almost anyone's' needs.  You should, however check with your
company headquarters to find out what their policy is on private label tools.  You should also have them contact us
to set up an account if you intend to use a purchase order.

What file types should I use to submit logo's and label designs?
We can accept logo's in most graphic formats, but we prefer JPEG, GIF or BMP files that are high quality, at lease
1200 dpi.  You can submit designs in these formats as well, in Microsoft Word, or in PrintMaster.  We need only to
see the layout of the design you have in mind so we can create something similar.  We will not reproduce labels from
tapes that you had made elsewhere.  Just as we reserve the rights to our label designs, we respect those rights to
other manufacturers.  You can email art to

What will the shipping charges be for my order and how will you ship them?
We can ship your order several ways.  Because we are in Alaska it may take a little longer.  We can ship DHL, UPS,
FedEx, Postal Service, Yellow Freight, or any other method you prefer that has service in Alaska.  
Shipping charges will be determined by the size and weight of your order, how you want it shipped and where it is
going.  To get an idea, call the service you want to use and ask for a rate quote.  Figure one pound for each tape
coming from zip 99504.  That should give you a rough idea.

What other types of specialty advertising products to you sell?
Sonic Blue is a full line dealer of specialty promotional products, including pens, caps, shirts and jackets, key chains,
cups and mugs, calculators and clocks, calenders, pocket knifes and tools, and just about anything else you can
think of putting your logo on.  Visit our

What is your mailing address?
If you would like to mail camera ready art, instructions for designing your label, quote requests or payment on an
order by mail, visit the
contact us page for the information you need.


What types of payment methods do you accept?
At this time, we do not take credit card payments directly.  If you would like to use your credit card, you may do so
through
PayPal which is a free service to you.  All that is needed is for you to email us with what you would like to
purchase.  We will then send an invoice to you via email, which will have a link for that invoice to PayPal.  You simply
follow the link, enter your payment information and submit your payment.  We will get the notice you have paid, and
we ship your order.  It is completely secure, and you can use almost any credit or debit card with this service.  We
also accept business checks, money orders or cashiers checks.  Please do not send cash.  You can also use
personal checks, but your order will be delayed until it has cleared the bank.
If you have a wholesale or retail store, please contact us about setting up a charge account if you want to use
purchase orders.  We can send you a credit application (soon to be available on this site) to set up your account.  
Credit terms are generally net 10 days, but can be extended to 30 days or more OAC.  First time orders over
$5,000.00, and all custom orders may require a deposit.  Contact
customer service for more information.

About how long will it take to get my order?
This depends on several factors.  Promotional items from other vendors vary depending on what is ordered.  
Measuring tapes can ship to you in 1-2 days for small orders, or up to 4 weeks for large orders or special order
tapes.  T-Shirts usually ship in 2 days.  Contact Customer Service for information about specific items.

Can you manufacture a tape just for my business?
You Bet!!  Of course a lot depends on what you want.  Simple modifications to existing tapes may be easy, whereas
a completely new tape can be very complicated.  Send us your idea for what you want, chances are we already know
where to get something very close, we have one of the largest selections of manufacturers there is.  If we can't, we
will work with you to find a factory that will make what you want.

Can you give me an idea of what it would cost to custom manufacture at tape for me?
Again, the cost depends greatly on what is needed.  A modification to an existing model may cost only $3-5,000.00
to set up, and then a minimum order you have to buy, say 2-5,000 pieces.  A completely new tape will require
engineering, new molds, etc.  It can cost $20,000.00 or more just to get it set up, then a large minimum order
required, 10-30,000 pieces.  If you are ready to do that, let us know and we will be happy to assist you!

I need a tape that’s not listed on your site, can you help me find it?
Absolutely!!  We buy tapes from all over the world!  We can get almost any tape, blade style, length or color
available.  If it exists, we will find it!  

Why are there “minimum order quantities” for some of your products?
We at SBW try to keep minimum orders to, well a minimum.  Most promotional product manufacturers will have a
minimum order required on their products.  Because each order is custom made, and will require a considerable
amount of time to design, set-up, print and ship, minimum orders make it worth the cost of these intangibles.  It would
not be reasonable to spend 2-3 hours of production time for an order of 5 tapes.  However, SBW does have much
lower minimum order requirements than anyone else on the products we produce.  Go anywhere else for custom
label tapes, and you will need to order 144-250 tapes for each order!  Now 24 doesn’t seem that bad huh!

Can I buy less than the minimum order quantity?
It is possible to buy less than the minimum on some products.  Please email us for more information.

Do you offer discounts for large orders?
We can offer some additional discounts for bulk orders and for re-sellers.  However, because our prices are already
at wholesale, the discounts will likely be minimal.  Contact us for details.

What kinds of packaging is available for your tapes?
We can provide your tapes with a few types of packaging depending on your needs.  A plastic hang card is available
with most of our tapes, which includes a insert card with your information and details.  We can also include individual
white gift boxes with your message.  Additionally, we can provide a counter display box perfect for displaying your
tapes at the check-out to get those impulse buyers!  It can be custom fitted to your space available to hold anywhere
from 6 to 24 tapes.  Select colors are available as well.

Do you offer dealerships for SBW products?
There are plans to offer dealerships to qualified merchants in the near future.  You can contact us if you are
